I’m going to show you have to make an Easy Guacamole Recipe that can be enjoyed by both keto-ers and regulars. As someone who is new to eating Guacamole, I’m probably not the most qualified Guacamole connoisseur. In fact, I don’t even like avocados. And as I give you this recipe, I still don’t like avocados. I do however like guacamole from reputable sources. That basically means that if it’s made by someone of Latin-American descent or made in my kitchen. If that’s the case, then I’m eating it. I’ve tried guacamole from only one person other than myself, and shout out to Edguardo because he opened my eyes to the amazing world of lime, salt, and avocados.
I’m a big fan of intuitive cooking. It’s something I do frequently, and its probably the number one reason why I post majority of my recipes on Instagram, and they rarely make it to the blog (I’m changing this in 2018!). Feel free to add or omit ingredients and their quantities to suit your own tastebuds. Today for example, I didn’t have black pepper for this recipe, so instead I subbed that out and used cayenne pepper. I still got that kick in my guacamole and was thoroughly satisfied.
With that being said, I wanted to create an easy guacamole recipe that was quick to make, and tasty. This easy guacamole recipe needs a pico de gallo salsa for its base. The only other thing you need for this recipe is salt, lime, and avocados.
Enjoy this easy guacamole recipe with your next taco, burrito, or cheese taco and let me know how it goes!
