Homemade Taco Meat-Keto-LCHF-Taco-Seasoning

 600 g Medium Ground Beef (Use lean if you like, medium is tastier)
 ½ Diced Onion
 1 tsp Minced Garlic
 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
 1 tsp Onion Powder
 1 tbsp Cumin
 1 tsp Black Pepper
 2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
 2 tsp Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
 1 tsp Paprika

Saute Diced Onions with the oil of your choice until just wilted.


Add Medium Ground Beef and break apart with your wooden spoon. Add Minced Garlic. Continue Sauteeing on medium high heat for 2 minutes. Add Worcestershire Sauce.


Add, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Adobo All Purpose Seasoning, Onion Powder, Paprika. Continue Sauteeing. Add Fresh Thyme last. Continue sauteeing on Medium Low heat until all the meat is browned.
