If you don’t already know, I am on a ketogenic diet. Shortformed “Keto”. It’s a high fat, low carb diet which I love, and I don’t feel restricted on it. However, sometimes I long for bagels, bread, rice, etc. So I find ways to make Keto friendly alternatives. I made these for my dad, and he loves them. These are pretty high calorie too (400), so be careful if you do count calories. I thought I’d share it with you guys. Let me know what you think!
