Instead of heading out and eating wings at a restaurant, I did a few calculations in my head and decided that it was much more cost effective to just make them myself. And I regret this not one bit, because my wings turned out perfect. I eyeballed the measurements on this one unfortunately, so everything in this recipe is an estimate.
Here’s what I’ll say, everyone is different, and the definition of perfect varies from person to person. If you like a milder sauce, add more butter as you go along. If you like a hotter sauce, then pour in that cayenne pepper, my friends.
This should be good for about 40-50 fried wings.

Place Unsalted Butter into saucepan. Turn on heat to low.
Add Franks Red Hot and President's Choice Aged Cayenne into the saucepan.
Add Cayenne Pepper & Black Pepper to taste.
Stir until combined. There is no need to boil this sauce. Or take the temperature any higher than medium.
